My wife and I moved to Kona four years ago from Los Angeles. We made the move because we wanted to start our family in a safe community. A place where people still care. We have found what we were in search of and now we have grown to a family of three. We live in Keauhou near Kanaloa and LOVE IT! For us, it is the most beautiful place in the world to live! Our little community is so beautiful that it has become a very popular vacation destination surrounded with vacation rentals and resorts. After living in Keauhou, we determined that most vacation rental owners live on the mainland.
We listen to the stress that people experience trying to accomplish minor tasks from out of state. Their only options were to hand over the vacation rental to a full service management company or to cross their fingers and manage it on their own. Managing on your own is one thing but managing on your own from another state is very difficult without support.
We understand because we manage our family's VRBO ocean front beach house on Ali'i. When we first started managing 4 years ago, we were blown away by the workload involved. Every guest and rental has their own issues. They are never the same. With our combined backgrounds in customer service and business, we understand how to accommodate many situations and personalities with the goal being happy guests. Happy guests translate to happy owners and repeat business.
